Prior to real estate, my background includes public service.
A full time real estate agent in Colorado, I am also a part time police officer.
Before moving to Colorado, family business, public service and public politics has been the cadence of my career.

Whether a $1 million or $100,000 property, the process is the same.
1) Buyer Consultation — You find out who I am, I learn who you are, what’s important to you
2) Your Property Search — I’m here to find the property you’re looking for. I am aggressive in my search and will work around your schedule
3) It’s Showing Time — I create an itinerary of homes that meet your needs and we visit homes together
4) Find The Home You’ve Been Looking For — I’m a matchmaker — I introduce you to properties until you fall in love.
Selling?
Here’s The Process
Whether you’ve sold 1 home or you’re selling 100, the process is the same.
1) Seller Consultation — While you get to know me, I present a market analysis of your property and we create a marketing strategy
2) Staging, Photo Shoot and Your Listing Goes Live — We walk through your home to stage it for photos and to sell. Once done, your listing goes live
3) It’s Showing Time — your home will be shown by both myself and other agents in the area
4) Offers Received — An offer is received, I go over the details as well as a sellers sheet with you and you decide to accept, counter or reject that offer
